1General Terms & Conditions

2Account Registration

• Fraudulent withdrawals through payment chargeback claims.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or assisting a minor in any gaming activity.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Mostpay may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false or contradictory information during KYC verification.
• Suspicious payment activity or chargeback claims.
• Failure to submit KYC documents within the required timeframe.
• At the player's own request (self-exclusion).

Prior to account closure, notice is generally sent by email or SMS. However, in cases of serious violations, immediate closure may occur without prior notice. Eligibility for a balance refund upon closure depends on the nature of the violation.
